Last updated: June 10, 2026 • Please read this Agreement carefully before registering as an Employer.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between the Employer (including any authorized representative acting on behalf of a company, firm, or organization) and Presul Information Technology Private Limited ("MyNoukri", "Company", "we") under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
By creating an Employer account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
